The main reasons for water scarcity are Land Degradation, Variations in climate, Water pollution and Population growth.

A drought is a time of less average precipitation.

Because land degradatoin infects the fresh water, so we can't drink it.

Because El Nino is accompanied by reversal of air pressure across the Pacific Ocean, resulting high pressure building up over most of Australia.

It blows all the water on land.
